Tim focuses his practice primarily in general civil litigation, tort litigation, advising small and closely held businesses, fiduciary litigation, and personal injury.
Prior to joining Patterson Bray, Tim practiced at Apperson Crump, PLC. During law school, Tim served as a law clerk for Shelby County Circuit Court Judge Robert L. Childers, as an editor for the University of Memphis Law Review Journal, and as a general editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy National Student Symposium.
