Our attorneys also practice in the areas of estate planning and post-death administration, asset protection planning, charitable planned giving, trust administration, and business succession and taxes.
We also focus on a wide range of personal injury cases in Memphis and Nashville, including car accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, wrongful death cases, workplace injuries, construction accidents, product liability, and insurance disputes. We represent families and individuals who have suffered spine and spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injury, closed head injury, scarring, paralysis, quadriplegia, paraplegia, bed sores, and wrong-site surgery. We handle medical malpractice claims including pharmacy errors, chiropractor malpractice, birth injuries, nursing home negligence/abuse, and hospital negligence.
Behind that work is a group of attorneys with deep roots in Tennessee and more than 20 years of combined courtroom and counseling experience. Managing Partner Chris Patterson concentrates on business transactions, catastrophic personal injury, and litigation, and was appointed by Governor Bill Lee to the University of Tennessee Board of Trustees. Larry Bray and Lindsay Jones lead the firm’s estate planning and asset protection practice, Will Patterson handles tort, commercial, and construction litigation, and Austin Rainey heads the family law division, where he has been recognized by Best Lawyers. Together, they give clients access to a full range of counsel under one roof.
