When you fill out a contact or intake form, request a consultation, or reach out to us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and any details you share about your legal matter. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and visit times through cookies and similar technologies. If you opt in to text messaging, we collect your mobile number and the messages you exchange with us.

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive text messages from Patterson Bray about your inquiry, consultation, or matter. By opting in, you understand that:

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with the Firm.
Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, after which we send one confirmation and no further texts unless you opt in again.
