Drew Rivalto practices primarily in estate planning and transactional business law. He assists individuals and families with estate planning, post-death administration, asset protection, charitable planned giving, and long-term care planning, and advises individuals and businesses on contracts, entity matters, and other transactions.

Drew graduated magna cum laude from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, ranking in the top 7% of his class. He earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for the highest grade in Business Organizations, Contracts, Decedents’ Estates, Secured Transactions, Bankruptcy, Civil Procedure, and Sports Law Writing, and received a Bronze Pro Bono Service Award. He also holds a BBA in Marketing Management, with a minor in Real Estate, from the University of Memphis, where he graduated summa cum laude.

In law school, Drew interned in the legal departments of FedEx and ALSAC/St. Jude, served as a legal extern in the University of Memphis Office of Legal Counsel, and represented the City of Memphis in Neighborhood Preservation Act cases as a student attorney in the James S. Gilliland Legal Clinic. He joined Patterson Bray as a legal clerk in March 2026.
