Kala concentrates her practice in the areas of post-death administration, including probate administration, probate litigation, and trust administration, as well as guardianships and conservatorships. She counsels clients with respect to a wide range of issues related to wills and trusts, estate and trust administration, and establishing and administering guardianships and conservatorships. Kala is licensed to practice in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Texas. She was recently recognized in the sixth edition of the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for her work in the practice area of Litigation – Trusts and Estates.
