- Successful transfer of $30 million estate tax-free to heirs using gifting strategies to irrevocable trusts prior to the sale by three partners of a national company for $60 million.
- Successful asset protection plan for a contractor protecting $7 million of assets from subsequent creditors who settled for a fraction of the original amount of the lawsuit.
- Combined asset protection plan and estate tax reduction plan for physician who was able to settle a lawsuit for a fraction of the original amount of the lawsuit and was able to transfer $5 million in assets estate tax-free to his heirs.
- Accomplished the efficient business succession plan for a $10 million company at the death of an owner without court interference or incurring any additional tax liability.
- Successful structure of a construction company so that $20 million of the $30 million sales price will transfer estate tax-free to the family.
