Mitchell focuses his practice primarily in the areas of tort litigation, business and commercial litigation, personal injury, advising small and closely held business, business formation, and construction and lien disputes. Prior to joining Patterson Bray, Mitchell practiced at a regional medical malpractice firm specializing in nursing home abuse and neglect. Mitchell received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphrey’s School of Law. While in law school, Mitchell received his Certificate in Health Law.
